Are you really producing the product?

Yes, Apihelper is fully produced in Slovenia by Roemergrund Beekeeping, family run company with more than 40 years of experience in beekeeping. This is the only way to provide the highest quality control and full after-sale support to the future owners of Apihelper.

WARRANTY: Does warranty apply to each and every part of Apihelper?

Yes, 2-years warranty is valid for every original part of Apihelper.

WARRANTY: Do you really give back the money to the buyer if not satisfied with the product?

Of course. When you receive the Apihelper, you can return it with full money refund for the product in the next 14 days. No questions and arguing from our side.

Please note that in case the returned product is damaged from the usage, we take the right to deduct the costs for repair from the amount to be refunded. Please note that money back guarantee is for product only and exclude the shipping charges.


WARRANTY: What is the warranty claim procedure?

To be able to acknowledge the problem, why it occurred and how it can be resolved, please include the following: photos of the problem (even better to take video with your phone), textual explanation of the problem and when it occurred, and the invoice number. As soon we get all the documentation from your side, our engineers will determine the most suitable solution and will let your know what to do next.

WARRANTY: Is there a case where warranty doesn’t apply?

If certain part of the machine is damaged due to improper use and handling, then warranty doesn't cover a free replacement of part (e.g. you drive on a nail and damage the tyre; since this is treated as improper handling, we can only offer you to buy a new tyre).

ORDER: Can I pay on delivery?

Payment on delivery is only possible in company headquarters or by visiting the official re-sellers of Apihelper (please contact us to check if there is one available in your country).

ORDER: How safe is for me to pay with my credit card?

We use the biggest web payment system PayPal that has highest bank-standard security when it comes to credit card payment. By using PayPal you get also additional protection as a buyer. In case you pay and don’t receive the product ordered, PayPal will quickly handle the dispute and return you the money.

DELIVERY: What is the cost of delivery of Apihelper?

The price of delivery depends on the country we are shipping to. To check what are delivery costs to your country, add the selected model to shopping cart and write down your address. In the next step the program will calculate exact shipping costs.

DELIVERY: To which countries are you shipping?

By default, we only ship to the EU countries. In case you are from outside the European Union, please contact us and we’ll try to do an estimation of additional costs that might occur.

ORDER: Why must I send payment before the order is shipped?

The shipping charges for products such as Apihelper are not negligible. Let’s say we shipped the order and the person who ordered would afterward decide not to accept it and not pay for it (which by the way already happened to us). The end result would be: unnecessary shipping costs and any additional costs invoiced by the shipping company.

PARTNERSHIP: Do you offer any discounts for a beekeeping school?

Young people are the true fuel of our beekeeping society! We are always open to work more closely with every organisation that is about education of the new (both young and old) beekeepers. Contact us and we’ll find a solution.

PARTNERSHIP: I’m a reseller of the beekeeping equipment and would be interested to include the Apihelper in my existing offer. What are the terms for a partnership?

HANDLING: Can use the Apihelper Pro if both batteries get empty?

Yes. We know it can happen - so we included in every package also a manual handle that you can stick on the lifting mechanism instead of drilling machine and manage lifting by hand.
